Once you have sorted out your mobile home rental to Port Elizabeth, it is time to enjoy all the sights and attraction of this coastal town. Take the a ride with the family on the Apple Express, a narrow gauge steam train, or if you are a petrol head pay a visit to the St Croix Motor Museum, it has over a hundred vintage cars. Weather permitting; you could always take a walk round the central part of the city taking in some famous old buildings and monuments.
If surfing is your game then the nearby towns of Jeffreys Bay and St Francis Bay are the best surfing areas in the country.
Take an hour's drive out of Port Elizabeth game viewing, at the Addo Elephant National Park, near the town of Addo, halfway between Port Elizabeth and Grahamstown. Enjoy the African bush and see all the animals associated with an African Safari.
The aquarium at the Esplanade is also worth visiting to see the variety of fish, penguins and seals there. If you prefer catching fish, then the Buffalo River has many gullies and a lagoon which is ideal for fishing.
Should you be an adrenalin junkie there is always hang gliding and paragliding in the vicinity.
