Refund Policy

In the event of the hirer cancelling a booking or based on a no show, the company will refund the hirer in full within a period of three working days, calculated from date of notification of cancellation or failure to pick up vehicle.

The company will however refund the hirer the rand value (ZAR) paid at the time of the reservation or transaction. The company will not refund as per the forex exchange rate due to the varying nature thereof.
